Prince William previously used three brutal words to describe Meghan Markle during an argument with Prince Harry. The disagreement was noted in Harry’s bombshell memoir in 2023 – with the confrontation thought to have taken place in 2019.
Harry claimed in Spare that his brother pushed him down to the floor while they were both in Nottingham Cottage. Whilst in conflict with his brother, William also bought his sister-in-law into the discussion – using three words to descibe her.
William is said to have called Meghan “difficult,” “rude,” and “abrasive” before the physical conflict reportedly took place.
Speaking of their clash, Harry wrote: “It all happened so fast. So very fast. He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.
“I landed on the dogs’ bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”
Speaking of Meghan, who was not present during the confrontation, Harry wrote about how his wife felt after hearing of the argument.
Harry wrote that Meghan “wasn’t that surprised, and wasn’t all that angry… she was terribly sad”.

Whilst the brothers used to be incredibly close, they are thought to no longer be on speaking terms at present.
During his recent trip to the UK, Harry took his wife and two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to visit King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House.
Meghan and their children had not visited the UK since 2022.
