Ryan Seacrest has fans wondering about his love life again after sharing a mysterious Instagram post about a private “dinner for two.”

The 51-year-old Wheel of Fortune and American Idol host posted a series of photos on Sunday, Aug. 23, showing off his cooking skills. But it was his caption that quickly caught people’s attention.

“Dinner for two. Heavy on the pasta, wine not pictured, still working on my plating skills,” Seacrest wrote.

The first photo showed the radio personality smiling while holding what appeared to be several cookbooks. The rest of the carousel captured different stages of preparing the meal, followed by photos of the finished pasta and a carefully arranged table.

There was just one noticeable detail missing: the identity of the second person at the dinner.

That was enough to send fans into detective mode.

“Who was your guest? Inquiring minds want to know lol,” one follower asked.

Another wrote, “Ohhh who’s the lucky lady?!”

“Who with?” another curious fan simply asked.

Someone else joked that the post “sounds serious,” adding fire emojis and a heart.

Seacrest has not said whether the dinner was romantic or even confirmed that the mysterious guest was a potential partner. Still, the post comes at a time when fans are already paying closer attention to his comments about relationships.

Just days earlier, on Aug. 18, Seacrest discussed arguments and relationships during his radio show On Air With Ryan Seacrest. While talking about the idea of going to bed angry, he admitted that his views on the subject have changed.

“I used to think you can’t go to bed angry. Now I know you can,” he said, adding that things can feel very different after getting some time and rest.

Seacrest also explained that he has recently preferred giving relationship disagreements some time before trying to resolve them.

“Let’s just sleep on it and see if we have a different perspective tomorrow,” he said.

His comments added more fuel to recent speculation surrounding his personal life, including online rumors about a possible romance with Dutch model Maxime Nova.

However, Seacrest has not publicly confirmed a relationship with Nova or revealed who joined him for the pasta dinner.
