The Florida Gators were one of the hottest teams on the recruiting trail to wrap up the month of June. After a flurry of commitments added in June, the Gators, they rose all the way up to No. 3 in the country on 247Sports team rankings. They remain there, and have continued to add more commitments to the fold in the month of July.

Not only does UF’s class currently sits at No. 3 in the country according to the 247Sports Composite rankings, it’s also the No. 2 ranked class in the SEC. Florida’s average rating per commitment also currently sits at 91.72.

Though the class holds 21 commitments, the Gators still have some priority targets left on their recruiting board going forward as they work to close out the 2024 cycle.

The Gators still have work to do to fill out a few remaining spots going forward, so there is still some upward mobility this cycle. After a rush of additions these last several weeks, Swamp247 takes a closer look at each verbal commitment currently in the fold.
